This advert is running in the UK just now - and every time it comes on I cringe. 'Noir'? I'll give you NOIR, you fecking cretin!

And here's another that makes me want to kill the tv every time - I have to put it on mute these days to save my blood pressure. 'You want to do a poo, where?' 'Get in there and drop a log or you'll be eating gruel for a week!'

I really hate the new confused.com ads so this really made me laugh.

I was just thinking about this thread today as I was watching Sky news and every time they do the weather they have an ad at the end which says 'World's 5 Star Airline'

Not, The World's, just World's. That annoys the wax out of my ears!

This one doesn't seem that annoying immediately, but watch for the end - she just walks off without putting the stuff back on the shelf. If attack really is the best form of defence, the people who work in that shop should turn up at her house with a skip-load of rubbish to dump on her lawn!

I thought that was a rather funny advert. If you take it seriously, then yes, she is an utter twat for leaving behind a mess in the supermarket for the staff to clean up, and makes her just as bad as her rotten kid.

Technically speaking this advert works because the company name is almost embedded in the listener's mind. Problem is, I'm now so sick of it that I have to mute it each time it comes on the tv and will refuse to go to them for anything - because they've annoyed me so much!

Advertising fail - they should have realised that there was a shelf-life... hearing it this much is like hearing Joe Dolce's 'Shaddap Your Face' on permanent loop.

This isn't annoying at all... but I couldn't find a thread about good ads, though I'm sure there has been one!
