World Cup Songs

Ok, there's been thousands of World Cup songs over the years, so if you know any, post a suggestion and we can try to find it...

Here's one to start - a classic from 1978, celebrating Scotland's much hoped for sensational appearance in Argentina.... it's a live version, but if anyone has an mp3 of the original 7" then I'd love to hear it...

thanks to that there Irishmafia one for finding this...

These are great guys! I hadn't realized there were that many over the years. My dad has an album (yes vinyl!) of songs that the German soccer team put out many years ago, when I was a kid....... too bad I don't have a record player anymore or I'd try to get a few of them up here. They were corny but funny.

Nice one, Irish!

I liked the Stan Boardman one, as I'm from up his way originally.

Insane listing of footie chants...mostly on the club level, some national, but still a good laugh :D
