I just saw this link on a conspiracy site, so I'm automatically skeptical of its claimed abilities, but it's interesting anyway. The basic suggestion is that chlorine dioxide in the right form can kill many viral infections, while protecting other cells. It claims be able to cure people of malaria within 4 hours and other diseases like HIV within days...
The author doesn't seem to be interested in making a profit from this information.
