How utterly embarrassing....Yikes! LOL! I'm almost convinced that if you have enough money to send your kid to college, they just push the kids through. I've seen some of the most dumbest people at my pharmaceutical company job that have very high educations. I do have to say though, they weren't all Americans necessarily either. I think the colleges and schools today have moved away from teaching basic stuff, and are just teaching mindless drivel that has no use in the real world.

Oh my goodness. People can't find the U.S. on a map because they don't have maps. That's precious.

Crikey! I have no words to describe my comments on this because I do not have a dictionary.

I saw this on CNN Headline the other day and it was physically painful to watch. I feel sorry for her. That was the one question she didn't study for!

Some one out there taught her that saying things like "Such as" makes you sound smart. Um, uh, not so.

The more worrying thing is that our French friends thought that question was worth more than 1500 Euros.

Perhaps this was a pre-Copernican version of 'Millionaire'?

That show has to be fixed. I thought the believe that the Sun revolves around the Earth went out of style with the notion that the world was flat.

Sadly, no. I've met a few people who think that still. They are usually those who think Pi is exactly 3 and the earth is just around 5,000 something years old :(
