Democracy Now played a short snippet of MM being interviewed on Wolf Blitzer on the subject of Sicko, but things went a bit pear-shaped for the host. It reminds me a bit of GG's infamous appearance on Sky News.

I saw this earlier tonight and was gonna post it, but you beat me to it - the only problem with attacking Blitzer is really that he's too bloody polite. Moore had a point without a doubt, but it was like watching a spaniel attack a poodle - lots of gnashing on one side with aloof posturing on the other.

I hope Moore takes up Fox News invitation to rumble though. Loads of fat blokes fighting - I would PAY to see that. haha

You've missed your calling, faceless. Why aren't you a comedy writer?

I saw his new film "sicko" a couple of weeks ago. It's an extraordinary film. It's true that I didn't recognise Moore's description of our own NHS, but the part where he takes the 911 rescue workers to Cuba for treatment nearly had me in tears.

The thing that strikes me, however, is if Brits don't recognise the depiction of their own NHS in the film, to what degree are the depictions of other health services shown accurate?
