Bob and Rose

I have rented the first 6 epis of this show and have watched the first 3. I am not sure if I like it or not. I like the actors playing the Bob and Rose, but I am not so sure that I buy the whole premise. I guess I will just have to keep watching and see what happens.

Has anyone else seen it? What did you think?

The basic premise is gay guy, straight woman, meet by accident and against all odds, begin a relationship. I was expecting a little more slapstick kind of comedy (ala Three's Company or Men Behaving Badly), but this is more drama. I am still up in the air after the first 3 epis, so I will watch the next three and see what happens.

I have watched a few more epis, and it seems to center around the problems with their respective friends/family. Sorta the same issues a racially mixed couple may have. It is getting better and the episode where they tell each other they love one another was touching. I think I like it and will rent other episodes.
