I'm just imagining him as Russell Brand's replacement...

Galloway (to camera): Margaret Hodge's views on council housing were sooooo rambunctious, that when I heard them, I sashayed across the House of Commons displaying the mannerisms of a 1920s flapper, pulled down my trousers and pants, and shouted "Oy! Opposition Party members, table THIS motion!" They tabled my motion. The SWINES!!!! This is Big Brother's Big Mouth!"

He just said on tonight's show that he'll be presenting the show for one week. Should be really interesting - hope some kind person can cap them! I would myself, but I don't have the technology.

If you're interested in getting a cheap USB DVB TV stick check this out: https://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/108219

It's only ~ 16 quids. I use it to cap and encode stuffs. According to the hardware info, it can also capture freevew HDTV contents, e.g. from like BBC HD, ITV HD, etc. Can anyone try in London to check how good it is in capping things off hd freeview hd chnnel like bbc hd. We don't get BBC HD in Midland  :(

These things are only any use if you've got a very good aerial and you're able to edit and recompress the mpeg2 files to something manageable, then upload them. As I've said before though - please keep tech stuff in the web-media section.

George Galloway to present BB spin-off
www.rte.ie

Big Brother 8 will start this Wednesday, and today it has been revealed that George Galloway will present the spin-off show 'Big Brother's Big Mouth'. He is one of a series of guest presenters, who include Bob Geldof's daughter Peaches and BBC Radio One DJ Chris Moyles, who have been drafted in to replace Russell Brand on the E4 discussion show.

Galloway - famous for his row with Michael Barrymore in Celebrity Big Brother 2006 - will host four shows beginning June 5.

-------------

ok, so this isn't news as such but I thought it was interesting to say (apart from the fact that they're 3 days behind the announcement!) that he's famous for the row with Barrymore. That's not something I've seen before.

"Pour me, pour me, pour me another drink..."

Probably the lowest I've seen George go... Big Brother house pressure aside that was pretty mean.
