faceless, i know you looked at this once before, but if you wanted to underline links it seems you just need to change;

a.postlink:link { text-decoration: none; color : #E9E8F3 }

to

a.postlink:link { text-decoration: underline; color : #E9E8F3 }

I just had a look and it appears that it should be underlining the links - but it's not. I must have changed something somewhere else...

strange, when i check the bluetabs.css file, its correct, but if i view the source of this page, the css is embedded in the page, and css isn't updated;
