Good on them - though what 'the risks' are that the Ulster Unionist spoke about are a mystery. It's a civic matter, how could there possibly be any risks?

Some real fluff reporting there... I'm curious myself what the lawyers could've suggested were the risks. Do they suppose Israel is going to start bombing Ireland by mistake?
