Utilising Rob Hopkins' (co-founder of the Transition Culture movement) Resilience 2.0 ideas and paying for what you buy locally by mobile phone or if you stay in Brixton , 'the Brixton pound' and solar powered bottled beer are an interesting proposition .
Hopkins was on Radio 4 last night explaining ideas of Community resilience :
