Got Bitcoin?

Post by prpower »

Hi folks, I noticed nobody has been talking about bitcoin:

Just wondering what you all think about it. I've known about it since the start and didn't think it would come to much but its really taken off in a big way over the last 4 or 5 months. Hopefully political organisations will start accepting it soon because there are a few places I would like to donate to without having to reveal my dox if you know what I mean. If you buy it for cash then route it through Tor it can be totally anonymous!!

Quite interesting. It reminds me a bit of the LETS scheme (Local Enterprise Trading) - where you'd get tokens to exchange for other services. However, the fact you can cash the tokens in is different.
