i've not really followed this story - because i don't care which footballer is cheating on his wife with whatever celeb - but it seems to me that he has just brought more attention to himself. i mean, its only because its got to this stage that i actually bothered to see who the footballer was ( i didn't recognise him from the picture )

I heard on the news earlier that the injunction only covers England and Wales, which is why the Sunday Herald posted the pic...

they didn't post the pic online though (because that does break the injunction!), so cheers, ya crim! haha

3.50pm: John Hemming, the Lib Dem MP, names the footballer involved in one injunction. He also names the journalist who was reported to be the subject of contempt of court proceedings.

John Bercow, the Speaker, interrupts him and tells him he should be talking about the principles involved, not naming people.
