Chives, chives everywhere!

I have a boatload of chives in my garden and it's only May! Far more than than I can use. Made some chive butter today for baked potatoes etc. and I've got a bunch already chopped up in the freezer.

Any other ideas what I can do with these? With the rest of the summer still ahead of us I don't know what I'm going to do with them all!!!

Omelettes are lovely with them

Chives, chillies and lemon stuffed into fish like trout and baked in a tin parcel

Cream cheese and chive mixed for a dip

Thanks for all the ideas.... not sure about selling them on the street (I'll leave that to Nick Cotton!).
