
5oz ground almonds
5oz softened butter
5oz self raising flour
5oz golden caster sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
9oz raspberries
2oz flaked almonds
Mix all the ingredients except the raspberries together.
Spread 1/2 the mixture over the cake tin.
Put raspberries on top and spread over remaining mixture.
Scatter the top with flaked almonds and bake for 50 mins at 180°C / 350°F
