Are the brains cooked and eaten as well, or is that removed before it's put on the market? Also, is the meat comparable to taste with any other meat or does it have a unique taste? Sorry for the thousand questions, but I don't think I could eat it myself, so I won't be able to find out first hand. :-)

Apparently the cheek meat of any animal that's normall eaten is very tender, but I've a problem with any food that looks back at me...

Well pirty Thanks for asking :)

The Brains are actually taken out (just like giblets in a Turkey) and are put in a plastic bag and then placed in the sheeps mouth..so u can actually feed them to the dog or do what ever you want to do with them !!! I myself like to make a thick paste out of the brains and add the eyeballs and then roll in breadcrumbs and fry till the eye winks at me ......

As for the taste !!!! well it tastes like sheep !!!!

Thanks Aja. I don't think I've ever eaten a sheep, so I thought maybe it had a similar taste to something else. I guess I'll never know...lol!
