Orange Fluff Dessert

This is nice and light in the summer and very refreshing.

2c Cool Whip whipped topping
2c Sour Cream
1 package Orange jello
2 tins mandarin orange segments, drained.

In a large bowl, mix together the whipped topping and sour cream. Sprinkly jello crystals on top and allow a minute or two for them to slightly dissolve then stir well to mix in. Add orange segments and lightly mix. Store in fridge.

** It's fine to substitute light/low fat products but not fat-free.

I have a variation on this one. Instead of sour cream, use cottage cheese. I'm getting hungry now.
