Are funny women intimidating?

This guy sounds pretty weak - it's not her funny that intimidated him, but her intelligence. I went out with a female comedian for a while and we had a great time cracking jokes with each other.

That was my first thought at well, Face, although I think that being funny gets it's start from being smart. They sort of go hand in hand.
