The tents are being set up by protesters but they can't use them. They are just setting them up for their cause. No one is allowed to stay in Point Park. I believe it's the Womens Coalition that was setting those up today. Saw them as I was driving to work.

The police are traveling in packs of about 8 on motorcycles. Blackhawk helicopters are circling the area over my house and saw my first big group of protesters on Grant when going to class. They had signs for housing rights. They were cleared away in about 15 minutes. But w/o issue.
members of green peace have been hanging off the west end bridge for a few hours. It hasn't rained in weeks here but shortly after they set themselves up the skies opened. Talk about bad timing
Went to the Clean Energy Jobs Rally. A true American Rally with corn dogs, funnel cakes and lemonade. I was a bit disappointed. The only protest I saw was my friends 2 year old son not wanting to get in his stroller.
Seems more stuff is actually kicking off down in Shadyside and Southside Works area. Human chains and such.
