I thought Greenland wasn't clicking because it belongs to Denmark, which I already clicked on. Still, it wouldn't let me choose scotland, england, or great britain.

it says it's based on the UN representatives, so you'd need United Kingdom for Britain. Great Britain alone doesn't include NI, and I'm sure the game makes wouldn't want to risk a mob of Ulstermen complaining!
