Postcards from the Edge.

I love sending postcards to people. Even when I am not on vacation. One thing I also love is to occasionally include funny little sayings or items on the back.

Like:

Dear friend,

All is well here. Miss you lots. Is your mailman still a nosy prick? Hope the weather is fine. Love, me

Or:
Dear friend,

The weather here has been dreadful. Going topless this year is totally out. You're lucky you will be able to.

I try to find funny quotes or come up with them myself. Sometimes I'll include my own artwork or even cut out comic strips and stick them on.

Any other ideas of funny things to write or do for postcards?

I used to write postcards all the time before emails. Anywhere that I went I'd send a random friend a card. I spent a good while on each one so that the writing was one long stream of consciousness that went in circles and loops, starting from the centre of the card and working outwards.

They caused a fair amount of puzzled looks, but one day they'll be worth mill-yons!
