Is it the way he is quoted or does he speak in semi structured sentences which don’t make sense? I know he comes across as being an idiot but if he does speak this way... my mind is blown. Does anyone have any link to interviews where this is evident?

He is going to be quoted in the article, which will have something to do with it. However, he even said himself "words come to my mouth to die". He is not know for his public speaking skills.
