I dont' have Showtime, but Marcella does, so I will be watching it there on demand when I finish up watching last season. I think they did a good job. I am glad that Jonathan Rhys Meyers is able to work on this. He looks healthy...

I wanted to catch this but don't have Showtime. I'll try to find it online somewhere or do the download from ITunes. Hope you're enjoying it...!

I guess I will be renting it from Netflix once it is out on DVD. I haven't seen any of them for this season.

Just had a Series 2 marathon - wow, what a finish! It's difficult to feel sorry for either Henry or Anne Boleyn, but the actors do a fabulous job. Costumes are fantastic. Looking forward to Series 3 in Spring of 2009.

Both loved power, that's for sure. Henry was really alot more complex than his current day portrayals, and with a 21st century mind, is is hard to be sympathetic. He was a whore, but he was also trying to continue his line in any way that he could. He was really pressured by his father and society to produce a male heir. Luckily for him it was prior to the knowledge that the male determines the sex of offspring!!
