pound fresh ground beef
Kosher Salt freshly ground black pepper and Montreal steak seasoning
A few splashes of Lee and Perrins (Worcester sauce )
4 slices white Cheddar, sliced 1/4-inch thick or grated
4 hamburger buns I use country white from a local bakers
1 large onion sliced and grilled or fryed
What to do
Preheat grill or a cast iron skillet to high.
Season the meat with salt pepper steak seasoning and lee and perrins and divide into 4x 4oz patties
Grill or cook in the skillet for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness. During last minutes of cooking add 2 slices of cheese to each burger, cover grill and let melt,
warm the Buns .... Place burger on bun and top with the onions ........ Add a Few crisps and Bobs ya uncle .......
