It works really well and I've loved it for ages, so I'm working on my own take on it. This video is a work-in-progress because I'm still toying with it and I intend to get a lot smoother, but I thought I'd put this up on The Couch anyway - so if any of it looks a little clunky it's because it is.
You need to listen to the lyrics of the song and hopefully the routine will then make sense.
