it doesn't say in the article but i'm sure i remember reading that she supported the invasion of iraq, just like her uncle hilary ...

If the other two candidates couldn't beat an 18 year old to get the nomination then they must have been really poor! I'd not vote for someone that young, simple as that... for her sake as much as everyone else's... haha

I didn't know anything about her - I'm just doing a bit of research now after seeing this article today. If she can beat the incumbent conservative then at least that'll be something.

As for supporting the Iraq war, wouldn't she have been 13 at the time? I was a right twat when I was 13 and have only recently gained a political conscience, so I wouldn't hold that against her too much. Plus the general public were misled and lied to about that war, which is why a lot more supported it than would have otherwise - it's the MPs who supported it at the time that I blame.

yeah fair point, i'd not thought about her being so young at the time - i wonder if she still supports the occupation now? trident replacement? if you find anything on her views neko post them up :)
