Bargain or not?

Albert Square Sign - Signed by the 2006 Cast

Here's the actual Albert Square sign, as seen four nights per week by millions of fans (and in compendium format on Sundays, of course).

The sign features the autographs of the entire 2006 cast. Once they'd written on it they (presumably) got Phil Mitchell to rip it off the railings (carefully - this is an unblemished piece of TV ephemera), and now the sign's on this site.

If you are the successful bidder, once your payment has been received by Charities Trust, we will contact you with further details about how to collect your Lot.

£210 is a fair chunk of cash, but I've a feeling it's something that will gain value over time...

I am sorta surprised it went for so low, especially in a charity situation.

You're right Spurs.... I would have thought it would have gone for far more than that. Still, it's a little expensive for me!

This would really be something to have (till the new wore off) and the price does seem low to me as well. Although, much more than I could afford as well. :) I would bet that it appreciates in value and they can double or triple their investment in a few years.

I agree it's a fair chunk of cash and if I had the money to throw around I'd jump in because the value will increase eventually. And a good way to support a charity.
