Happy Cinquo! I remember celebrating this when I lived in Texas along the Mexican border. All the retailers would bring out their left over chocolate from Christmas since it was wrapped in red, green and white/silver foil like the Mexican flag. They'd just slap a big ol' "Cinquo de Mayo" sticker over the Christmas logo and still charge full price. So, it shall forever be known to me as the "stale chocolate" holiday
