so I messed a round with the recipe and this is what I came up with
2 to 4 pounds pork shoulder roast.........
The Cole slaw mix
small white cabbage sliced fine
4 carrots grated
1 small onion sliced thin
Mayo ..salt and pepper
The Barbie mix........
1 Cup ketchup
1 Cup chicken stock
1⁄4 Cup apple cider vinegar
1 Onion, chopped
5 Cloves crushed and minced garlic
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons molasses
2 Tablespoon dry ground mustard
1 Teaspoon cayenne or one fresh cayenne chili cut into ringlets with seeds
touch of cinnomon
touch of nutmeg
Mix together in a sauce pan and heat to simmer. Simmer 20 minutes and let cool.
meanwhile ......
Brown roast in a small amount of fat; place in a large roasting or baking pan. Pour the mix over roast and cover with foil.

Bake in a preheated 325° oven, about 40 minutes to the pound, until done and very tender, basting occasionally with drippings.
Transfer pork roast to a cutting board.and chop into small pieces adding more barbie sauce if needed......
put on crusty Rolls ..top with coleslaw and eat
