I've been meaning to get a thread started about people who collect things for a while, so here we go. If it wasn't so damaging to the birds I'd not have a problem with this one at all - it sounds quite adventurous really...

I collect things....spoons from everywhere I go, Coronation/Jubilee china (I have a plate from Victoria's jubilee), WWII memorabilia (homefront stuff, not Nazi stuff), post cards, antique furniture, gargoyles....I am not obsessive about these things, but I enjoy looking at them so I collect them.

I misunderstood what you meant there by "damaging to the birds", cos I read it before the article, but it's right in both contexts. Collecting stuff is damaging to the birds, cos as soon as a man tells me he's a stamp collector or something, I'm outta there! LOL!

haha - I collect comedy myself. I must have 2tb or more of standup, animations and sitcoms. And it's all pretty much organised too... it's good to have everything at hand for when the whim hits.

I collect a lot of scrapbook stuff/crafting supplies, but I don't know if that really counts, since I use them up then replace them. I guess I collect a lot of "sets" of things...like tv series or movies or books. Generally if I like one of something, I have to have the set
