It seems like these are people that are used to going through yellow lights, probably even red ones. It seemed as though some in the lanes stopped, but others didn't. Another case looked like a guy racing through a yellow, and the dope behind him was just following him through, maybe not paying attention to the light. I have a feeling they are in need of a severe driver retraining course...lol
