I am beginning to think that there should be international rules as to what can be put into space. Definitely no nuclear reactors ..

I bet 2p that it's some bizarre sketch caused by a Moonraker type scenario in which the Chinese tried to hijack the satellite, but missed.

It's bound to be something simple like that.

Thanks Skylace. I note the treaty, but it isn't tight enough. It doesn't stop Nuclear powered satellites (like this one is believe to be).

That is what is really scary : Radioactive contamination.
