Macbook Air vs Commodore SX-64
Yeah, Macbook Air is stupidly overpriced, too. Has lots of faults aswell.
- Some USB modems won't fit:

- You have to purchase an external optical drive, which won't work with anything else:

- Doesn't have a user-replacable battery!

I'd rather just get a MacBook Pro or a normal laptop, to be honest!
I imagine people who buy them will probably be people with too much money for their own good
I also agree with the size thing...laptops are already light and easily portable. I think phones will be getting bigger though as many that come out now have a touch screen (iPhone, etc)

£269 for the phone and then an 18 month contract with O2. Bit expensive but someone in my class in college has one and it's amazing to usemajor.tom wrote:Funny pic, Griffo. Cracked me up.
I think the iPhones look ok, but they're too big. And the price is still like $400+ with a 2-3 year contract, isn't it? (It may be even worse there -- I heard Apple just replaced the dollar sign with a pound sign.)
Could buy one and hack it though to use any SIM card/network.
