There's so much to this story that makes me wonder... firstly, why steal a stick? Secondly, why did the girlfriend take so long? Thirdly, how did the police get a search warrant when the guy had no history? And finally, does a legally-binding contract have any value if the people signing it need to be 'guided'!

I should stop looking at The Daily Mail site :crazed:

Wow - he got a 250 quid fine? That's all!! If he regretted it so much why didn't he return it rather than have the police have to be tipped off and search his house!! Begs to believe I have to say!
