EE: Affair out
EE: Affair out
Well, it's out and it came out in great style.
I was very impressed with everyone. Especially Jo Joyner. Her performance was top notch.
I am wondering what the rest of the fall out is going to be? What will Tanya do when she finds out the Sean DID know about the affair after he told her he didn't know. And how will Bradley's already minor ego handle the knowledge that his dad rocked Stacey's world more than he has? What about Lauren and her part in all this and clueless Abi?
I can't wait but I can also say I am so relieved this is all out and finally moving forward.

Sky...I had all the same questions (I'm finally up-to-date on EE). Jo Joyner WAS superb. I even thought the kids were great. Oh, and what about Stacey's mum??? Classic!
I wonder where Max is going to end up? Stacey will go back to Mo & Charlie's, while Bradley has the flat, and Tanya stays in the house. I wonder if either Tanya or Bradley relent and take their spouse back...?
Not sure I feel sorry for Max though, Griffo. I think he's been a selfish and conniving git. He had a lot more to lose than Stacey and he was willing to risk it all.
Looking forward to seeing if there is any more excitement to come in the next few weeks.
Now, I gotta catch up on Corrie...!!

Good question..... although I thought Sean was actually quite well behaved that day --- he could have easily taken advantage of Tanya right then and there on the couch, but he didn't. And he was there to comfort Stacey. Who knows how long that will last. Jo Joyners acting was indeed superb and I think we're really going to see just how good an actress she really is over the next few weeks. What will Tanya do when she finds out the Sean DID know about the affair after he told her he didn't know.
OK --- that just made me laugh right out loud (and I'm at work NOT supposed to be on the Couch!!!)rocked Stacey's world

Adrenalin is the answer "thatcomedian"...
When pumped up like she was, she'd be up & bopping about without feeling pain, but she'd be nursing bruised bits the following day.
I myself had 3 broken ribs after shall we say an 'Incident'... a tad of booze in me & adrenalin flowing good n' strong... I felt no pain until I woke up the following day, even then the pain came on slow... it wasn't until 16 hours later I visited the ER & found I had 3 broken ribs, a fractured skull & a sprained wrist.
The excuse of adrenalin was aptly used in a special that was shown in the UK (BBC3 I think) called EastEnders Christmas fall outs.
The writers do a bit of homework / research & chat with the cast to see how each member would handle a situation as their screen persona too.
I will see if the rules of the torrent I grabbed of the special allows distribution, if so, I will put it up for you all.

I'm some what glad the wife don't take her laptop to work & has overlooked the 'Video' side of her media player, otherwise she'd not only get a bollocking from her boss... but she'd be constantly bugging me for new shows / movies etc...eefanincan wrote:Thanks Face! This will give me something to watch at work tomorrow, if we're not too busy (Shh! don't tell my boss!)
It's hard enough with the "Can you grab me / load for me" music....
