Pagan stuff...

Post by TheCaptain »

Some of you know me from a long time ago...

Some of you know me slightly...

The rest don't know who I am. (For these fortunate people a brief summary of my online life is: I hate: lies, rascists, bigots, governments - yes, all of them, not just Bush and Blair, heavy metal, nationalism, Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea (obviously), german television, german beer and people who think it`s clever to edit forum posts to help them appear to win arguments (old stuff, Faceless knows who I mean, but I still just HATE people like that.) - I love: stupid pop music with loud guitars eg Ramones & Sex Pistols, girls young enough to be my daughter, West Ham United, a decent curry and a decent pint, and being an ex-pat, cheddar cheese, HP sauce & Marmite.)

Anyway,

to all of you, whether, you know me or not,

it's the Winter Solstice,

and pagans like myself celebrate love and alcohol and all that is good in life.

So go for it.

Have a good one.

Even the republican gun carrying nationalistic madmen.

Have a good time, just don't hurt anyone or anything.

I mean it. Have a good time, the bloody lot of you.

(yes, yes, I'm drunk, so what?!)

My compliments,

TheCaptain. (MARC)

sounds like you have things pretty much sorted there Captain - haha

I will be having a good time over the weekend, and trying my best not to hurt anyone, anything or myself while doing so... there's always some mystery bruising though.

Happy Winter Solstice, Captain. But why hate heavy metal? It's great! I'm young enough to be your daughter, so you have to be nice to me, hehe!!

I raise my chalice every solstice (& other correct times) to give thanks.

I no longer wear my robes, but then robes are not needed if your heart is true.

Bright Blessings for the coming year.

I guess Spursfan and I started last night with the celebrations ...*whew!* I think we were both a little worse for wear today.
