There has actually been a growing trend with "divorce announcements" in news papers and being mailed. Sometimes by the parents and other times by the ex-spouse. One of my friends who got a divorce (thank God) bought herself a "forever" ring after hers to commemorate the fact that this divorce was "forever".

When I called off my wedding many years ago, my father wanted me to bring home a "cancelled" stamp from work, stamp the invitations and mail them out. Funny thought, but it took me so long to come to my senses, that there was not enough time!!Skylace wrote:That's too funny.
