Awesome pics! Here's mine!

okie dokie - we are back and the kids are finally asleep ... kinda hard to sleep with chainsaws and screaming in your backyard - more about that later!

SO here is Max in one of those awesome spider hats! I love those hats!
Image

Brian right after getting ready - he was a skeleton and sat pretty well while I did the white part on his face then he had enough and rubbed it off! Lydia was "Your worst nightmare" and you can see me in the background - I was a witch (of course) all the way to the green face.
Image

here's all three ready to go begging! David had the "coolest" costume but he got hot. He also had manuevering issues so dad had to escort him.

The chainsaws and screaming? The family behind us do a HUGE haunted house every year. Their lot is the size of 3 lots maybe 2 acres? It is AMAZING! I guess there are a bunch of teenage boy cousins who set most of it up and then inhabit it and scare the bejeezus out of people! It takes about 20 minutes to get through. They have evil clowns, spiders a la Lortd of the Rings, crazy doctors, a dragon (so cool!), zombies and gravelings ... AND they give out full size candy bars. Their whole family gets into it - I'd say 3 generations ...

They all look great Marcella. Looks like a grand time was had by all. And that is so awesome that your neighbors do a haunted house! I love those and the family ones are always such fun.

they all look great Maycm and Marcella - there was a couple of pairs of young girls came round last night, and I reckon only one of them really put an effort in to get a good costume. Still, they were all worth a cheap chocolate biscuit a piece! haha

funny that I read this just now ... The kids and I are going through their buckets right now and they are allowed 3 pieces each - they chose chocolates of course!

This is the first year I have allowed them to keep the loot to themselves after Halloween. I usually toss it all into our cookie jar and it is family fair game ... which usually means the hubby eats all the chocolate out of it and the kids forget about it!

Wow! Your grandson has gotten so big so fast! And I loved what you cooked up that night for dinner! Looked great! The kids looked great in their costumes too.
