The Heartland Institute - Chicago based think tank promoting public policy based on individual liberty, limited government, and free markets.

Going by their own definition, it's clearly biased.

It sounds libertarian. They HAVE to deny global warming, because their whole pro-business anti-government house of cards falls down if it's true.

What drives me nuts is that the say FACT - which is ridiculous because nobody knows 100% exactly what is going on right now with global warming and there are several camps with different opinions. If I recall they call CO2 no greenhouse gas - which is not a fact actually! As I said before - shocking
