A quick google search for "darksma" finds many links about removal. Unfortunately, they appear to be involved. My preference would be to re-install windows. This is the only way to be positive your PC is clean (and would probably save you many headaches).
* remember to back up your "My Documents" folder to another drive letter
* if you use Outlook, back up your outlook.pst file to another drive
* if you use any other programs that save documents to the same drive as your windows folder (C:\) back up those documents
* when you're sure all your data is backed up, pop in your windows CD and reboot
* when it asks you if you want to repair or install, select install
* when given the option, format your C: drive
* copy all your documents back
Unfortunately, you'll have to re-install your software. Don't forget to install a good anti-virus program. I use AVG Anti-Virus (it's free), but there are others which are good. I shy away from Norton or McAffee.
Hope this helps...
