chopping up video films ( wmv )

can anyone recommend a program for chopping up videos files, wmv, i need to be able to cut little bits out of a larger file ...

This is what I use. It's pretty basica and old, but it does things without having to re-encode. I've just lumped this into a rar without checking it will work without proper installing, so if it doesn't work I'll look out the original.

thanks faceless, unfortunately that won't work - it says its not installed ... i'll have a look see if i can grab it online somewhere
