A judge has sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in Los Angeles County jail for violating her probation on a reckless driving charge.

She's going to be doing nothing for 23 hours a day & walk about a bit for an hour....

Apparently, Paris has stated that her publicist told her it was OK for her to drive, so it isn't really Paris' fault -- it is the fault of her publicist. Poor Paris!
