When that happens to me, I just seem to eat and eat and eat everything in site until the craving is satisfied. Sometimes it takes days for my stupid body to figure out what it wants. It sucks.

I'm dying for some smoked brisket with potato salad. I'm thinking I might have to send the husband out to the butchers to pick some up for dinner tonight.

I just had some fried chicken, mashed potatoes and corn. I was still a bit peckish after that so I made a quick homemade quesadilla.
