They should jail people who use their phones while driving. I've seen tests where drivers were shown to be less attentive than a drunk driver while on their phone. If you do it - you're a fucking idiot!

And you're right. I hate seeing people talking away when driving. I give some filthy looks and the odd hand motion when I've seen it beside me. It's the most selfish thing a person can do as they disregard their own, but more important everyone elses safety.
