Dont know if anyone has noticed but if you type in George Galloway on youtube, you will get alot of crap! Someones trying to take over....

You're right about that. We've discussed this in a different thread, and although I'm annoyed that these people are uploading bullshit videos that attempt to smear George, it's actually good that they feel the need to.

There is no more conclusive proof that your works are being heard loud and clear than when people who have an opposite point of view spend their time making videos to insult you.

Incidentally, I just typed "george galloway" into YouTube and the second video was mine! So it's not all crap.

Isn't that obscene? Some of them aren't even of George. They're deliberately incorrectly labelled.

Being incorrectly labelled is good enough reason to use the "Flag as Inappropriate" option, which I have just done on some, and I encourage others to do the same.

Oh, ok! I wasn't aware of that. I assumed you could pretty much upload anything you liked to YouTube as long as it wasn't illegal, copyrighted or pornographic.

I wish they'd crack down on those vids that have those long key-word lists that say "this video has nothing to do with..." followed by about 200 random, popular words.

Kate, this it something that I don’t have the technical expertise to do, but if I could I would upload a little clip to play the Zionist at their own smearing game, in that my clip would use the “Galloway” key word tag, but would consist just of a picture of him (maybe with a background audio) with a scrolling or repeating message along the following lines;

“Dear Viewer,

You have search for George Galloway and have found this which IS about George Galloway, in that this is to draw your attention to some of the other clips that purport to be about Galloway (by using his name as the key word tag), but are in fact 3rd rate Zionist propaganda clips, which do not feature anything to do with George Galloway, and have cowardly disabled leaving comments. You are encouraged to flag all such postings as “inappropriate"” on the grounds of deliberately being mislabelled.”

I’m not saying that it’s something you should do Kate, but neither am I saying that if you did it I wouldn’t be over the moon !!

I’ve just done a new YouTube search on Galloway & all the smearing posts seem to have disappeared !! Let’s hope it is permanent.
