Personally I think the sick MF should be charged with diverting justice for starters, secondly if I were still a Colorado resident I'd want him to pay for that bloody airfare as well as the sheriff's who escorted him and i'd want him to pay for his incarceration time, next as they're apparently going to do extradite him to california (pay for the trip), and lastly I say everyone forgets about the sick MF'er - otherwise he or his family can earn some cash off this sick human being, see my previous post I think he's met the real killer

The thing I don't get is why he was allowed champagne, beer and top notch meals on his way back to the states. He should have been strapped to a chair and his mouth pried open and the sheriffs toss peanuts in his mouth when he got hungry.
I hope he's locked up for a long time to come the nasty dirtbag. He caused a lot of people grief over this and I'm thinking he must have been up on charges in Thailand and wanted extradition back to the states to avoid punishment there maybe.
Since he's not a child killer maybe he'll be put in general population and hopefully raped repeatedly by Bubba and the boys.

I don't think he's got anything to feel ashamed about as he's obviously a fruitcake and it was the authorities who got it wrong.
Why didn't they do a blood test on him before flying him back? A DNA test can be done in a few hours these days and it would have saved this whole hoo-ha from happening.
The government and police fucked up the situation.

California wanted him on different changes anyways. ... I don't think they were murder charges but he probably would have been extradited anyways. Without the high profile he may have gone coach though.
As far as trying to escape charges in Thailand ... I thought part of the reason why sick criminals run away to Thai;and is because they do not have the death penalty and typically do not extradite if it is known that the criminal will face the death penalty.
I bet the Thai authorities just wanted the nut job out of their jurisdiction!

Clearing up a few things...
He will have to pay for the flight, anybody deported or fetched from another country has to pay for the flight, if he couldn't pay for his ticket then, he would have had to sign that he would pay them within a certain time limit.
As for the first class, if he elected to pay for 1st class, then he would have flown 1st class (read above).
That & in 1st class he would be more managable, have less of a threat from other passengers etc...
(worse case senario is that he was 'bumped' due to high traffic volume).
To my knowledge, the only charge/s he will face is not registering to the sex offenders list in the area he was living.
The Thai's had him under observation as a known sex offender & monitored him, but he didn't go out of line... the worst he did was act weird & want a sex change operation... neither would have gotten him arrested.
I'm not even sure he can be charged with wasting police time etc... he was approached / arrested by them on the grounds of his correspondance with that professor & the mother...
He blurted out / said he killed her, but thats due to him being a nutter & was after the fact that he was in custody...
He will prob' be sentanced to a year or two, stuck in a fruit farm for about 9 - 18 months & will be back in the outside world again.

He should go to jail and he should feel ashamed of himself because he's a dirtbag prick for what he caused the family. He actually got intouch with Patsy Ramsey before she died and that's totally not on. The parents have gone through 10 years of hell with being accused and losing their child, then in her last days of life have this nutjob was writing to her saying he had something to do with it, giving her hope of some resolution.
I hope they chuck this bastard in a cell and throw away the key. It'd be one less bit of filthy rubbish on the streets to worry about.

I do agree 100%, don't get me wrong...IRiSHMaFIA wrote:He should go to jail and he should feel ashamed of himself because he's a dirtbag prick for what he caused the family. In my mind he had done enough in the past to warrent his balls cut off & a healthy long sentance behind bars...
However, being a total nut job doesn't qualify for a lot of what people would have happen to him.
Yes jail him, yes have him in a mental hospital etc... but for the things he has realy done & not for what he has done or says he has whilst being in total delusion (mental case).
Otherwise nobody would be safe who has mental problems, depression, istability etc...

I must agree with you on that as you're spot on, so I'll rephrase it to lock the bastard up in a padded cell.6ULDV8 wrote:I do agree 100%, don't get me wrong...IRiSHMaFIA wrote:He should go to jail and he should feel ashamed of himself because he's a dirtbag prick for what he caused the family. I guess he deserves a chance at rehabilitation, although I believe people like him never can, and from what I've seen about him, he's been a sicko for a long time from marrying 13 yr olds to his adoration of child killers.
I hope once he is let out they keep a very close eye on him because he poses a real danger to society if his fantasies progress, and god knows what he's already done to some poor innocent child that is either too afraid or ashamed to report.
Just ten days ago when he was being brought back, Carolyn French, the spokeswoman for the Boulder County district attorney's office said she did not have information on who paid for the flight.6ULDV8 wrote:Clearing up a few things...

If he had signed any forms and agreed to that she would have said.
They are leaning towards the fact that they wanted to fly him business class to wine him and dine him and get him to relax and hopefully open up about the case.
I think the important thing to remember is that (as far as I'm aware) he wasn't arrested for the murder in Thailand, but kicked out of the country. So technically he would have been outside of normal jurisdiction. This would leave him in a legal limbo and I'm sure anyone who is such a fantasist would have loved to have seen the chaos he was causing.
