Wow. I'd love to hear the excuses from those precincts as to why they don't give the forms out. Every single one of them intimidated the person asking for the form.

It should be played at the start of the next caucus meetings of all the parties .

This is quite special - swearing is more important to the cop who answers than the reason for the call... the wanker.

What a complete and utter dickhead. After 20 years on the force, the power got to his head. I think he should be fired. Time is of the essence when it comes to life threatening calls, and he could have been the cause of her father's death. He's only lucky he survived.

That cop's attitude from the get-go was wrong. Anyone calling 911 is going to be in a panic and not quite themselves, so it's reasonable to assume that they may use profane language. This cop either has issues or was having a really bad day. I think suspension and training was the right call though, especially as he has had an exemplary record for 20 years. I also think that the girl could have been a little more concerned about her father than about irking the cop even more on her subsequent calls.
