i sliced a green pepper in half and it had a perfectly formed smaller pepper growing inside it! the only difference was the smaller pepper didn't have any seeds inside :?

i've become a bit addicted to coconut milk the last few months; indian curries, thai curries, rice dishes, coconut with red wine, with white wine - if i can make a sauce, coconut milk is going on! chicken, pork, fish, prawns - its all going with coconut milk

i made a variation of this tonight https://crepesofwrath.net/2011/08/03/vie ... onut-pork/ very nice it was :)

anyone got any recipes with coconut milk in?

anyone else going through a phase of loving something?!

i'm also loving these biscuits they're doing lidl at the moment, massive boxes, less than £2 - ginger, cinnamon and cloves mmm might have one or two now with my cup of tea!

i was thinking earlier the only good thing about winter is ... PUDDINGS!

i made an apple and peach crumble tonight, a little bit of cinnamon in the fruit mix, and some mixed spice in the crumble - very nice :)

aldi and lidl's £1 strudels are pretty good as well
