Food Network - Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Some changes I made: - used 5% cream instead of half and half (I think evaporated milk or homo. milk would also work well)
- doubled the recipe (great reheated!)
- next time I would reduce/omit the added salt by at least one half
- add/double broccoli.... the soup is much thinner than I anticipated and could easily handle the extra veg
- reduce the added water by at least half (soup is too thin... easier to add extra water after blending,
if needed (depending on your taste)
