Some updates

Post by faceless »

You might have noticed already, but PressTV are finally uploading the full episodes of The Real Deal to Youtube. It's good to finally get half-decent quality versions rather than the downloads they provided from their site. I've updated the embeds on the archive page as far as the beginning of July, when they started doing it...

Also, I've replaced the instant stream links to a player which works with IE8 - I didn't check to see if they worked before... The average downloads/listens for each talkSPORT show is now about 700. Thanks to https://kiwi6.com for the streams and https://ifile.it for the downloads. If you want to post a link on other sites for the archive page, copy this and you're sorted. https://couchtripper.com/forum2/page.php?page=6

The George Galloway page has always been the most popular on here, until recently. But, just over a year ago, I started making a separate section of the site which I've never mentioned on here before. It's called 'Raped By Soldiers' and has now become the busiest part of the site.

I'm considering merging it with the rest of the site, but we'll see how that goes in time.

700 ... thats pretty good!

i checked out that raped by soldiers a little while ago to see how it was developing, you told me about it last year, good to hear its getting the visitors in

its on the second page of google search results for 'raped by soldiers' and 'soldier rape'. maybe adding a meta description and keywords would help?

I hadn't even thought of sorting the tags and keywords... I'm, ahem, retroactively putting that down to wanting to see how it grew without any help...

I just did a bit of checking and found this - Google doesn't check metatags anymore.
