This program works very well and without fuss. It will be the the main codec for the forseeable future and now that it can work on a simple input-output setup, it's definitely time to get in on it. Even at half the filesize of a 700mb xvid dvdrip there's no noticable loss of quality.

I would have gone over a lot sooner if I'd had this automkv program... the only problem is in how long it takes. I'm doing a 1h40 programme just now and it's going to be about 4 hours in total. But it will only be 350mb and still in excellent quality, so it's worth it really.
